• Once you receive the product, you’ll have 7 days to try it indoors only. During the trial period, please ensure the product is used carefully and not damaged.

• If the product isn’t right for you, simply call us within the 7-day trial period to arrange a return. There’s no need to take it to the carrier—the supplier will schedule the pickup.

• As long as the product is returned in its original packaging and shows no signs of damage (including, but not limited to, scratches on the frame, seat, or wheel hubs, or any rips or tears), you will receive a refund.

  • Please note: If damage is found, a 25% restocking fee and any applicable repair costs will be deducted from the refund.

Important Note for Afikim Products:

For Afikim scooters, the 7-day trial applies only to standard, non-customizable models.
No upgrades, add-ons, or custom configurations are available for Afikim products under this trial program.
