The MS 3000 Plus offers a few options to customize the scooter to your liking. There are 5 different color choices: black, blue, white, red, and silver.
There are also 2 lithium-ion battery choices. The standard battery is the 10AH which can last up to 16 miles on a single charge. The upgraded battery option is the 16.5AH, which is capable of lasting up to 25 miles on a single charge.

Another great feature about this mobility scooter is that it comes in 3 different speed settings which is helpful because you can select the low-speed setting when driving the unit in a store or in a crowd of people and increase the speed setting to the high-level when there are no obstacles in your way. The 3-speed levels operate at the following settings: level 1 is 3.75 mph, level 2 is 7.5 mph, and level 3 is 12 mph. The MS3000 Plus comes with an adjustable (7”) direction bar. This mobility scooter is equipped with dual-engine and shock absorbers for a smoother and more comfortable ride.

All new products have a limited warranty. All batteries have a six-month warranty. Spare parts have a one-year warranty. The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components, and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and a serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is
placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
The confirmation email also means our system has processed your order
and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order
to the transit team and/or warehouse manager to confirm that the product
is ready for immediate packaging and shipping. If the product is out of
stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via telephone and/or
e-mail.

Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
