There are also 2 lithium-ion battery choices.  The standard battery is the 10AH which can last up to 16 miles on a single charge.  The upgraded battery option is the 16.5AH, which is capable of lasting up to 25 miles on a single charge.  



SAFETY & EASY TO CONTROL RIDE:

Another great feature about this mobility scooter is that it comes in 3 different speed settings which is helpful because you can select the low-speed setting when driving the unit in a store or in a crowd of people and increase the speed setting to the high-level when there are no obstacles in your way.  The 3-speed levels operate at the following settings: level 1 is 3.75 mph, level 2 is 7.5 mph, and level 3 is 12 mph. ComfyGo MS|3000 Plus Warranty

All new products have a limited warranty. All batteries have a six-month warranty. Spare parts have a one-year warranty. The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components, and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and a serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company.  For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer. 


Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.  Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

 

Damages:

Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

 

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. 
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
  • All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.

 

Shipping

To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Restocking Fee

Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

 

Cancellations:

Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER

The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.

 

 

In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk.  He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back. 

Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home.  Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Restocking Fee

    Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

     

    Cancellations:

    Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

    MEET THE FOUNDER

    The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.

     

     

    In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk.  He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back. 

    Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home.  Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

    Up until this point, Robert had didn't know much about mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs.       So far I haven't used this for what I intended yet. I bought it to use at Disney World. I've only used it around home a little to get used to it. I would not like it for home for two reasons, one it doesn't go slow enough for safe house use and two it needs too large of a turn radius. That being said, I really think it will work fine for Disney. I do think it is a good looking scooter and appears to be pretty well made for the price.
