You can set the scooter to forward or reverse, and use the adjustable speed knob to choose your speed. A horn button and a headlight switch round out the controls.                                   If you purchased a warranty from an authorized dealer then contact your dealer directly for details and warranty service. If you purchased directly through Zip’r our manufacturer’s warranty below applies to your scooter and or electric wheelchair. Direct purchases include purchases made from zipr.com, and Amazon through the Zipr account.

                                  Warranty Registry:

                                  Zip’r requires that customers register their product on Zipr.com within 30 days of purchase for the warranty to be valid.

                                  Customers that fail to register their product within 30 days of purchase will have a voided warranty and Zip’r mobility will not be responsible for any claims and damages of any purchased Zip’r products.

                                  How Do I Register My Warranty?

                                  Under the resources tab click Register Your Product. Fill out the corresponding information attached & click submit. A confirmation email will be sent.

                                  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please submit the form again or call us at 1-800-760-9107 for assistance.

                                  Three-Year Limited Warranty:

                                  Three years warranty on all structural frame components; including platform, fork, seat post, and frame. Zip’r will replace the defective scooter and or electric wheelchairs or mail replacement parts.

                                  One-Year Limited Warranty:

                                  One year warranty on drivetrain components, including: transaxle, motor, and electronic components. Zip’r will replace the defective scooter and or electric wheelchair or mail replacement parts.

                                  Customers will need to contact their own Repair/Service Technicians for any mechanical work to be done due to warranty issues. Zip'r will provide warranty items directly to customer(s) or customers’ Repair/Service Technicians.

                                  If you would like a list of Repair/Service Technicians, which have been provided to Zip'r by several customers, please email us at service@zipr.com.

                                  Returns to providers or Zip’r mobility without prior authorization, for any reason, will not be accepted.

                                  Warranty Exclusions:
                                  The following are wearable components and not warranted

                                  • ABS plastic shrouds and footrest
                                  • Motor brushes
                                  • Brake pads
                                  • Tires
                                  • Upholstery and seating
                                  • Batteries

                                  Other Items Not Warranted:

                                  Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from Zip’r Mobility, circumstances beyond control of Zip’r Mobility, labor service calls, and shipping costs and other charges incurred for repair of the product.

                                  There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

                                  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

                                  All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, order number and product serial number (if applicable). Please keep a copy of your original purchase receipt and serial number (located under battery box) for warranty claims and/or product reference.

                                  Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.  Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

                                  Order Confirmation:

                                  Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

                                   

                                  Shipment process:

                                  Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

                                   

                                  Damages:

                                  Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

                                   

                                  Returns

                                  • Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. 
                                  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
                                  • To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
                                  • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
                                  • All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
                                  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
                                  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
                                  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
                                  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

                                   

                                   

                                  Refunds

                                  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

                                  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

                                  Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

                                  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
                                  Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
                                  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

                                  Clearance items

                                  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.

                                   

                                  Exchanges

                                  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.

                                   

                                  Shipping

                                  To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

                                  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

                                  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

                                  When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                                   

                                  Restocking Fee

                                  Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

                                   

                                  Cancellations:

                                  Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

                                  The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.

                                   

                                   

                                  In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk.  He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back. 

                                  Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home.  Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

                                    Intuitive Controls

                                    The last thing you want to worry about is figuring out complex controls. The Zip’r Roo 3 Wheel Mobility Scooter has a simple control panel that’s very easy to use. You can set the scooter to forward or reverse, and use the adjustable speed knob to choose your speed. A horn button and a headlight switch round out the controls.                                                                     If you purchased a warranty from an authorized dealer then contact your dealer directly for details and warranty service. If you purchased directly through Zip’r our manufacturer’s warranty below applies to your scooter and or electric wheelchair. Direct purchases include purchases made from zipr.com, and Amazon through the Zipr account.

                                                                    Warranty Registry:

                                                                    Zip’r requires that customers register their product on Zipr.com within 30 days of purchase for the warranty to be valid.

                                                                    Customers that fail to register their product within 30 days of purchase will have a voided warranty and Zip’r mobility will not be responsible for any claims and damages of any purchased Zip’r products.

                                                                    How Do I Register My Warranty?

                                                                    Under the resources tab click Register Your Product. Fill out the corresponding information attached & click submit. A confirmation email will be sent.

                                                                    If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please submit the form again or call us at 1-800-760-9107 for assistance.

                                                                    Three-Year Limited Warranty:

                                                                    Three years warranty on all structural frame components; including platform, fork, seat post, and frame. Zip’r will replace the defective scooter and or electric wheelchairs or mail replacement parts.

                                                                    One-Year Limited Warranty:

                                                                    One year warranty on drivetrain components, including: transaxle, motor, and electronic components. Zip’r will replace the defective scooter and or electric wheelchair or mail replacement parts.

                                                                    Customers will need to contact their own Repair/Service Technicians for any mechanical work to be done due to warranty issues. Zip'r will provide warranty items directly to customer(s) or customers’ Repair/Service Technicians.

                                                                    If you would like a list of Repair/Service Technicians, which have been provided to Zip'r by several customers, please email us at service@zipr.com.

                                                                    Returns to providers or Zip’r mobility without prior authorization, for any reason, will not be accepted.

                                                                    Warranty Exclusions:

                                                                    Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from Zip’r Mobility, circumstances beyond control of Zip’r Mobility, labor service calls, and shipping costs and other charges incurred for repair of the product.

                                                                    There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

                                                                    Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

                                                                    All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, order number and product serial number (if applicable). Please keep a copy of your original purchase receipt and serial number (located under battery box) for warranty claims and/or product reference.

                                                                    Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.  Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

                                                                    Order Confirmation:

                                                                    Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

                                                                     

                                                                    Shipment process:

                                                                    Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

                                                                     

                                                                    Damages:

                                                                    Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

                                                                     

                                                                    Returns

                                                                    • Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. 
                                                                    • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
                                                                    • To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
                                                                    • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
                                                                    • All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
                                                                    • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
                                                                    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
                                                                    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
                                                                    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

                                                                     

                                                                     

                                                                    Refunds

                                                                    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

                                                                    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

                                                                    Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

                                                                    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
                                                                    Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
                                                                    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

                                                                    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.

                                                                    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.

                                                                     

                                                                    Shipping

                                                                    To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

                                                                    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

                                                                    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

                                                                    When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                                                                     

                                                                    Restocking Fee

                                                                    Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

                                                                     

                                                                    Cancellations:

                                                                    Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

                                                                    The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.

                                                                     

                                                                     

                                                                    In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk.  He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back. 

                                                                    Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home.  Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.
