Warranty Information for the Bespoke Supreme 3-Wheel Mobility Scooter

MODELS COVERED:

Elite, Legacy, Platinum, Prestige, Regal, and Supreme.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:

For the lifetime of your product, all structural frame components, seat post and
the frame itself are warranted.

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:

For Two (2) Years from the date of purchase, if any “non-consumable” part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bespoke Mobility.

SIX MONTH WARRANTY COVERAGE:

For Six (6) Months from the date of purchase, if the batteries or charger are found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bespoke Mobility. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by this warranty. Before replacement batteries are sent under warranty, Bespoke Mobility may require that a load test be performed on all batteries.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

SERVICE AND LABOR COSTS:

If any defects are found and reported within the first 30 days after delivery, Bespoke Mobility will repair or replace at our sole discretion. Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty.

“CONSUMABLE” ITEMS:

Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, upholstery, bearings, brake pads, cables, and buttons are NOT covered by any warranty.

DAMAGE, ABUSE, AND MISUSE:

Any damage, abuse, or misuse of these products are not covered by any warranty. Examples of damage, abuse, and misuse include accidents, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, improper maintenance, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, modification, and alterations.

WARRANTY TRANSFER:

Warranties are non-transferable and instead are only offered to the original
purchaser.

SHIPPING COST:

The shipping cost of warranty parts is NOT covered by the warranty and must be paid by the purchaser.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Bespoke Mobility’s Service department by calling 866-703-6884. Satisfactory proof of purchase will be required when making a warranty claim. Basic troubleshooting may also be needed before any warranty claims can take place. We may also require that a photo and or video of the issue be provided.

*Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded*

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.  Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

 

Damages:

Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

 

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. 
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
  • All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.

 

Shipping

To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Restocking Fee

Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

 

Cancellations:

Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.

 

 

In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk.  He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back. 

Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home.  Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

    Warranty Information for the Bespoke Supreme 3-Wheel Mobility Scooter

    MODELS COVERED:

    Elite, Legacy, Platinum, Prestige, Regal, and Supreme.

    LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:

    For the lifetime of your product, all structural frame components, seat post and
    the frame itself are warranted.

    TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:

    For Two (2) Years from the date of purchase, if any “non-consumable” part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bespoke Mobility.

    SIX MONTH WARRANTY COVERAGE:

    For Six (6) Months from the date of purchase, if the batteries or charger are found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bespoke Mobility. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by this warranty. Before replacement batteries are sent under warranty, Bespoke Mobility may require that a load test be performed on all batteries.

    WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

    SERVICE AND LABOR COSTS:

    If any defects are found and reported within the first 30 days after delivery, Bespoke Mobility will repair or replace at our sole discretion. Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty.

    “CONSUMABLE” ITEMS:

    Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, upholstery, bearings, brake pads, cables, and buttons are NOT covered by any warranty.

    DAMAGE, ABUSE, AND MISUSE:

    Any damage, abuse, or misuse of these products are not covered by any warranty. Examples of damage, abuse, and misuse include accidents, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, improper maintenance, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, modification, and alterations.

    WARRANTY TRANSFER:

    Warranties are non-transferable and instead are only offered to the original
    purchaser.

    SHIPPING COST:

    The shipping cost of warranty parts is NOT covered by the warranty and must be paid by the purchaser.

    WARRANTY CLAIMS

    HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

    To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Bespoke Mobility’s Service department by calling 866-703-6884. Satisfactory proof of purchase will be required when making a warranty claim. Basic troubleshooting may also be needed before any warranty claims can take place. We may also require that a photo and or video of the issue be provided.

    *Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded*

    Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.  Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

    Order Confirmation:

    Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

     

    Shipment process:

    Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

     

    Damages:

    Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

     

    Returns

    • Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. 
    • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
    • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
    • All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
    • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

     

     

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

    Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Clearance items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.

     

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.

     

    Shipping

    To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Restocking Fee

    Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

     

    Cancellations:

    Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

    MEET THE FOUNDER

    The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.

     

     

    In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk.  He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back. 

    Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home.  Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

        Thank you for reaching out to us. The Bespoke Supreme scooter is pretty much assembled when it arrive, you just have to attach or install the basket and rear storage.
