The FR1 4-Wheel Heavy Duty Mobility Scooter is a great looking bariatric mobility scooter. It comes with  features that not only contribute to its top performance but also gives you a good riding experience.

The FreeRider USA FR1 Rugged Bariatric Scooter is equipped with a full suspension system and travels at speeds of up to 9.4 miles per hour.

In terms of comfort this mobility scooter does not disappoint.  It has several features that help in achieving this goal: 

  • A supportive and fully adjustable standard captain seat 
  • Large 13-inch pneumatic tires on sporty alloy wheels 
  • A complete all-around suspension system

The tiller has adjustments for both height and reach giving you the feeling of drivig a car.  It comes standard with two large storage baskets for additional space.

The baskets are attached to either side of the tiller, and are removable. It also comes with a USB charging port to charge your electrical devices on the go.

FreeRider USA FR1 has stylish lighting on the front and rear bumpers, as well as light indicators to ensure you are visible to others at night. In addition it  has an automated brake light.This mobility scooter has over 6 inches of ground clearance, a strong motor, a turning radius of 76 inches, and huge wheels.

It comes equipped with a 75Ah battery which adds to an astonishing 36 mile driving range depending on the terrain. It also has three colors to choose from: gray, white, and crimson red.

The seat lock lever permits the seat to swivel 360 degrees by pulling up completely to release the seat and allow for rotation. The armrests are angle adjustable for your specific requirements.

The adjustment lever is located on the seat's right front side. You can use the lever to move your seat forward and backward. The adjustment process involves simply pulling the lever and moving it into the appropriate position:  backward by pushing or forward by hitching.
