Unless a different warranty period is expressly provided with your Reyhee product, Reyhee warrants that this product – when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Reyhee authorized reseller and used in normal conditions and as described in the user manual, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Reyhee provides a limited warranty on all eligible Reyhee products purchased in the United States.

The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship on the product.

Wheels, seat, storage pocket, and other parts subject to normal wear & tear are not covered under the limited warranty.

The limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.

Proof of purchase is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.

The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products that were resold by unauthorized resellers.

The limited warranty does not cover defects found to result from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product; accidents caused by the user (including but not limited to liquid spills, scratches, and tears/rips); failure to read, comprehend, and follow all warnings & instructions; or unauthorized alterations or modifications to the original product.

The limited warranty does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under most conditions. Product replaced under the limited warranty may be replaced with a brand new or factory refurbished product. If the defective product is discontinued, end of life, or out of stock, Reyhee will issue a replacement product of equivalent value or features. Product warranty periods do not renew with replacement products.

Note that in the event of accidents, injuries, property damage, or death while using a Reyhee product, insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Check with your insurance provider for more details

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is
placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
The confirmation email also means our system has processed your order
and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order
to the transit team and/or warehouse manager to confirm that the product
is ready for immediate packaging and shipping. If the product is out of
stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via telephone and/or
e-mail.  

Shipment process:

  • Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and
    your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has
    been shipped.
  • You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number(s) after
    the manufacturer initiates the shipping process with the carrier. If you
    do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of
    placing your order, reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

Damages:

Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.

If you see another online website that has a lower price than us within 6 months of your date of purchase, let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original payment method.     • Hi. How does this break down for transport in a trunk? What are the individual weights for each part? (I have a smaller car)

      Thank you for reaching out. Seat and battery can be remove when transporting this scooter. Battery weighs about 6.6 lbs. while the seat is about 16.5 lbs.
