5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Mega Motion will repair or replace at our option to
the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an
authorized representative of Mega Motion to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For one (1) years from the date of purchase, Mega Motion will repair or replace at our option
to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by
an authorized representative of Mega Motion to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use
of parts/accessories that are not Mega Motion original parts and are not purchased through an
authorized Mega Motion provider:
■ Electrical control or lever system
■ Motor/Drive System
■ Bearing and shaft sleeve
■ Battery
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance of batteries due to being left in a discharged state, left
in cold conditions for long periods of time, or worn out through heavy use are not covered.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The limited warranties listed above do not extend to those items which may require replacement

Damages:
Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
We believe that you deserve the best prices online and we work hard to do ensure that. If you see another online website that has a lower price than us within 6 months of your date of purchase, let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original payment method.
