Introducing the Ultra Power Recliner/Lift Chair from Pride Mobility, a reasonably priced piece of the brand-new VivaLift! series. With VivaLift! Tilt, Pride added a third dimension. Similar to a rocking chair, VivaLift Ultra pivots from the back of the seat and raises the front of the seat. With the legs raised above the heart and the body reclined, this novel design offers a really comfortable zero-gravity sensation while distributing weight and pressure uniformly throughout the body.

The Ultra (also known as PLR-4955) is special in that it includes every function you could possibly want. Like the Radiance lift chair and the Atlas Plus lift chair, The VivaLift Ultra also features a wireless phone charging port and a retractable cup holder.
Unlike other models, which have heat and massage controls on the remote, the VivaLift Ultra is the only heat and massage lift chair with controls that are easily situated on the inside part of the armrest.
Size and Color Options to Choose From
The VivaLift! Ultra comes in three sizes: small, medium, and large. At the time of its release, no other chair offered the novel fabric style and distinctive color options that it does. The Ultra is available in four distinct Capriccio color varieties, including "Cappuccino," "Dove," "Slate," and "Smoke." The Capriccio fabric is a faux leather that deters the majority of liquids, keeping it generally stain-free. It keeps the fabric's texture quite well and cleans up quickly with a wet cloth when necessary. The dark brown Espresso color that you can find on some of the other Pride Mobility lift chairs is comparable to the Cappuccino color option. The Dove shade resembles a blend of tan and light brown hues. The last color option is Smoke, which is the deepest and resembles a deep gray.

Warranty Information for the VivaLift! Ultra
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame. Pride warrants that the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame on your lift chair will be free from defects under normal use and service for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This lifetime warranty covers the lift and recline mechanisms against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.
NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the lift and recline mechanism or chair frame that may be defective.
SEVEN-YEAR PRO-RATED WARRANTY
For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

For three (3) additional years, a pro-rated warranty will be made available for the following parts:

Pride will warrant these components with the following pro-rated schedule:
Fifth year: 25% off suggested retail price

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to fabric and excludes steel frame chairs.
Pride is not responsible or obligated to pay for labor, service calls, shipping, and/or any other charges incurred for the repair of the product. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your authorized Pride provider for information on the current cost associated with a service visit.
Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
Contamination
Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Damages:
Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
