ACTIVE-TRAC (ATX) SUSPENSION:

One of the common complaints we receive is that the ride on their power wheelchair is too bumpy and it can be a nuisance for a customer's back.  Pride came up with a solution for this issue and designed this chair with their patented active-trac suspension.  The suspension is located inside the large drive wheel where most of the rider's weight sits.  

2 BATTERY TYPES:

One of the unique benefits about this power chair is that it comes with a sealed lead acid batteries, which it comes with as standard or you can upgrade to lithium ion batteries.  There are many benefits to a lithium ion battery. 

One of which is that the batteries charge about twice as fast as a normal battery.  Another benefit is they last longer in terms of years as opposed to a sealed lead acid.  Plus, they offer a longer battery range than the standard batteries as well.

SWIVEL SEAT & ADJUSTABLE ARMRESTS:

There are many features about this chair that are customizable with the armrests being one of them.  Additionally, the seat swivels as well which is convenient for when you ride up to the dinner to able and want to switch so you can eat.  

With the armrests, they flip up for easy entry or exiting of the chair.  They are also adjustable in height, and they are also adjustable outward to give the user more of a seating area.

DIFFERENT COLOR CHOICES & GREAT SPEED:

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Structural frame components, including:

13-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

For one (13) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Electronic components, including: Main frame assemblies, including:

• Charger Assembly

• Anti-tip forks

• Caster forks

• Controller

• Metal seat framing

• Accessories

13-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Batteries The batteries are covered by a separate 13-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.

RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY

All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• ABS Plastic shrouds and footrests

• Motor brushes ! Upholstery and seating

• Brake pads (wear items)

• Fuses

• Tires and tubes (wear items)

• Circumstances beyond the control of Pride

• Labor, service calls, shipping and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized by Pride Mobility Products Corp.

• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:

• Contamination

• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

• Battery fluid spillage or leakage

• Commercial use, or use other than normal

• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
