The PR-442 Rhea power lift recliner by Golden Technologies is a Class II medical device that is a member of Golden Technologies prestigious lift chair product line. This style, with its plush chaise pad and big seamed backrest, combines convenience with practicality. The PR-442 is outfitted with sophisticated hand controls and an endless array of adjustment options, ensuring hours of unmatched comfort.
Large and medium sizes are offered for the Rhea with HeatWave Technology. This 3-position lift chair features a stylish overstuffed seamed back design, and heat is standard for soothing warmth from your shoulders to your feet. Support for the head and neck is provided by the upper pillow.
Additionally, the lower body, upper body, head rest, and lumbar are all independently controlled, allowing you to adjust these positions to get to the most comfortable position for you. Plus, the lumbar pillow's stiffness can be changed to suit your tastes, as stretching out your legs is made comfortable and supported by the chaise pad.
Convenience and creativity are combined in the Rhea Lift Chair. An open-arm design with two cup holders, two storage pockets, and a USB charging port are typical features of this lift chair. A cup holder and a storage compartment—which also houses the AutoDrive hand control—are located when you open the right arm.
A second storage compartment that houses the HeatWave hand control, a USB charging connector, and an extra cup holder are all located in the left arm. In addition, the split design allows you to use either cup holder without sacrificing the comfort of the armrests!
With its exceptional comfort and convenient features, the Rhea power lift recliner offers unmatched support for daily use. Golden's 4-Zone Comfort Positioning System allows for separate control over the headrest, lumbar support, upper body, and lower body.
Every time you sit, you can completely customize the experience with an endless number of placement options. The PR-442 is outfitted with Golden's cutting-dge AutoDrive™ Hand Control, a programmed remote control. To ensure optimal comfort, you can store your preferred position using the hand controls for later use.
With a weight capacity of up to 375 pounds, users of various sizes can benefit from the PR-442 Rhea lift chair. Its available in 2 sizes. The medium size, with a 22-inch seat width, is advised for people who are 5'4" to 5'10" tall. Its entire dimensions are 45 inches by 37 inches, and in order for it to fully recline, it needs to be 25 inches away from the wall.
For the large size, the seat width is 24 inches and comfortable for people up to 6'5". It is ideal for taller users. The larger Rhea measures 50 inches in height and 39 inches in width. When placing it in your house, it's important to keep in mind that the chair needs 30 inches of clearance between it and the wall in order to fully recline.

Warranty Information for the Rhea Power Lift Chair PR442
CONSUMER-LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN-YEAR WARRANTY MAXICOMFORT MODELS
GOLDEN, through its authorized distributor/service organization, warrants this chair to the original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
LIFETIME WARRANTY
• GOLDEN, warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at their option the Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three years.
• GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for the examination of any warranted parts nor is Golden to pay for costs for transportation, handling, and packaging of the parts or components.
THREE-YEAR PARTS WARRANTY
• GOLDEN, warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to the original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for one year on all models.
• GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for the examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay the cost for transportation, handling, and packaging of the parts or components.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOURTH THROUGH SEVENTH YEAR
During the period beginning with the expiration of the full three-year parts warranty offered above and continuing through the seventh year after the date of original purchase by a consumer, GOLDEN will warrant the electrical parts on the following pro-rated basis. • Year 4 earns a 35% discount off the suggested retail price
• Year 5 earns a 25% discount off the suggested retail price
• Year 6 earns a 15% discount off the suggested retail price
• Year 7 earns a 5% discount off the suggested retail price
By way of example, a part costing $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00. GOLDEN shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination and/or service of any warranted part or to pay for costs of transportation, handling, and packaging of the chair and/or parts or components.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTY
GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subject to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling, and/or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives.
This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc.
Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty.

In the event that the product does not conform to this warranty at any time while this warranty is in effect, Golden
will correct the defect in conformity with the Consumer Limited Lifetime and Seven Year Warranty.
THE LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN-YEAR WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
GOLDEN shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage or loss not contained in this Warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
All warranty claims must be approved by Golden Technologies before any service is performed.
Warranty is valid in all 50 states, Canadian Provinces, and Puerto Rico.

to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
