WARRANTY INFORMATION

Enhance Mobility is the proud distributor to the manufacturers for the Transformer and Triaxe Scooters. Their manufacturer warranty information is outlined below:

Transformer Scooter:

Each Transformer Scooter is issued a 24-month warranty on electrical components and a limited lifetime coverage on framework of the scooter. Enhance Mobility also provides a 12-month warranty on each Lithium-Ion battery purchased. The warranty begins immediately following purchase.

Warranty Exclusions: 

Tires, Tubes, Trim Pieces and Plastic Shrouds, Upholstery (Seat Back and Seat Cushions). This warranty also excludes the following: Loss or theft of any and all accessories (such as keys, remote controls etc.), damages caused by improper operation or maintenance, irregular spare parts, accidents, damages caused by an unauthorized refit of the scooter, and damages caused by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes.

Warranty information is provided to the customer inside their user manual for each individual scooter.

Optional warranty purchases are available. Please speak to your local Mobility Dealer for more details on how to purchase.

Once your order is
placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
The confirmation email also means our system has processed your order
and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order
to the transit team and/or warehouse manager to confirm that the product
is ready for immediate packaging and shipping. If the product is out of
stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via telephone and/or
e-mail.  

Shipment process:

  • Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and
    your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has
    been shipped.
  • You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number(s) after
    the manufacturer initiates the shipping process with the carrier. If you
    do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of
    placing your order, reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.

Damages:

Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.


We believe that you deserve the best prices online and we work hard to do ensure that. If you see another online website that has a lower price than us within 6 months of your date of purchase, let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original payment method.
