All new products have a limited warranty. All batteries have a six-month warranty. Spare parts have a one-year warranty. The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is
placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
The confirmation email also means our system has processed your order
and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order
to the transit team and/or warehouse manager to confirm that the product
is ready for immediate packaging and shipping. If the product is out of
stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via telephone and/or
e-mail.
Shipment process:
Damages:
Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
We believe that you deserve the best prices online and we work hard to do ensure that. If you see another online website that has a lower price than us within 6 months of your date of purchase, let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original payment method. Simply email us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com your order number and purchase amount, a link to the exact product and brand from our website, and also the link from our competitors website so we can inspect the pricing. We will review your submission and apply a credit if it qualifies.
The item must have already been purchased from our site prior to submitting a request.
This does not include rebate programs or specific retailer programs such as buy three get one free type offers, sales not authorized by the manufacturer, or any similar promotions.
The item will need to be in stock from the competitors site that you’re submitting the information from.
The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location, warehouse, showroom, or physical location.
