The Legacy 3-Wheel Mobility Scooter is built for comfort, strength, and durability. It can hold riders up to 400 lbs and comes with a fully adjustable, diamond-stitched captain’s seat with a supportive headrest. The seat is designed to provide maximum comfort for longer rides. It even has flip-up, load-bearing armrests to make getting on and off easier. The seat measures 18 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 27 inches high, giving you plenty of room to sit back and relax.
No matter where you ride, the Legacy’s tubeless tires and high-quality coil spring suspension on each wheel provide a smooth and steady experience. It can handle hills with inclines up to 15 degrees and has a ground clearance of 4.72 inches, so you can take on different terrains with confidence.
For extra safety, there’s an optional electric brake assist that helps slow down the scooter automatically. However, you’ll still need to use the hydraulic hand brakes to bring it to a full stop. These hand brakes are smooth and easy to use, allowing you to stop quickly and safely when needed.
Security is a top priority with the Legacy Mobility Scooter. It comes with a keyed ignition and an advanced anti-theft alarm system, which can be controlled with a wireless key fob. You’ll receive two key fobs, so you can always have a backup.
The scooter also features a high-quality lighting system, including LED headlights, brake lights, tail lights, and running lights. The bright directional headlight shines up to 500 feet ahead, making nighttime rides safer. Warranty Information for the Bespoke Legacy Full Size 3-Wheel Mobility Scooter
MODELS COVERED:
Elite, Legacy, Platinum, Prestige, Regal, and Supreme.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:
For the lifetime of your product, all structural frame components, seat post and
the frame itself are warranted.
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:
For Two (2) Years from the date of purchase, if any “non-consumable” part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bespoke Mobility.
SIX MONTH WARRANTY COVERAGE:
For Six (6) Months from the date of purchase, if the batteries or charger are found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bespoke Mobility. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by this warranty. Before replacement batteries are sent under warranty, Bespoke Mobility may require that a load test be performed on all batteries.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
SERVICE AND LABOR COSTS:
If any defects are found and reported within the first 30 days after delivery, Bespoke Mobility will repair or replace at our sole discretion. Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty.
“CONSUMABLE” ITEMS:
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, upholstery, bearings, brake pads, cables, and buttons are NOT covered by any warranty.
DAMAGE, ABUSE, AND MISUSE:
Any damage, abuse, or misuse of these products are not covered by any warranty. Examples of damage, abuse, and misuse include accidents, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, improper maintenance, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, modification, and alterations.
WARRANTY TRANSFER:
Warranties are non-transferable and instead are only offered to the original
purchaser.
SHIPPING COST:
The shipping cost of warranty parts is NOT covered by the warranty and must be paid by the purchaser.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Bespoke Mobility’s Service department by calling 866-703-6884. Satisfactory proof of purchase will be required when making a warranty claim. Basic troubleshooting may also be needed before any warranty claims can take place. We may also require that a photo and or video of the issue be provided.
*Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded*

The confirmation email also means our system has processed your order
and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order
to the transit team and/or warehouse manager to confirm that the product
is ready for immediate packaging and shipping. If the product is out of
stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via telephone and/or
e-mail.
Shipment process:
- Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and
your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has
been shipped. - You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number(s) after
the manufacturer initiates the shipping process with the carrier. If you
do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of

Damages:
Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
We believe that you deserve the best prices online and we work hard to do ensure that. If you see another online website that has a lower price than us within 6 months of your date of purchase, let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original payment method. Simply email us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com your order number and purchase amount, a link to the exact product and brand from our website, and also the link from our competitors website so we can inspect the pricing.
