For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

13-Month Warranty
The batteries are covered by a separate thirteen (13) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
Note: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.
6-Month Warranty - Lithium Ion Batteries
Lithium-Ion batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not guaranteed by Pride.

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

Shipment process:
- Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and
your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has
been shipped. - You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number(s) after
the manufacturer initiates the shipping process with the carrier. If you

Damages:
Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect the packaging of your
item(s). If there is noticeable damage to the packaging make note of it
when signing for delivery, or refuse delivery and it will be sent back
to the manufacturer. If there is no or minimal damage to the packaging;
but you discover damage to the item once you unpackage it, contact us
immediately (within 48 hours) and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process any applicable claims.
We believe that you deserve the best prices online and we work hard to do ensure that. We don't have a showroom in the Baltimore, MD area. However, this product would ship directly from Pride Mobility to you. This unit also comes with one year of in home service for the first year as well.

Elchairsusa sell the jazzy air for 3799, which is 200 less than your prize.I see the difference in the name. The 3900is a pride jazzy 2 but you use the same reviews as you do on the lower priced chair. What's the real difference and are any of the air lift up models heavy duty? I AM going to buy me one !
Thank you for contacting us. The Jazzy Air seat elevates up to 10" in 16 seconds. However, the Jazzy Air 2 elevates up to 12" and takes just 11 seconds. Another big difference is that the Jazzy Air 2 can evelate while the unit is motion simultaneously. Where as the the Jazzy Air, you can only elevate when the unit is not in motion.
