1. Purchase: Select your preferred model and pay for it upfront.

2. Agreement: Before shipping, you need to read & agree to the terms and conditions of this trial period.

3. Direct Delivery: By purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms of this free trial period. The mobility product will be shipped directly from Freerider, ComfyGo, Glide Care, or Afikim to your door.

4. Trial Period: From the day the powered mobility product arrives at your doorstep, you have a total of 8 days to enjoy it, which includes the delivery day and a 7-day trial period.

5. Indoor Use Only: Please remember that the scooter should be used indoors only during this trial period.

6. Returns & Refunds: If you decide the scooter isn't for you, simply use our provided return shipping label to send it back to Freerider, ComfyGo, Glide Care, or Afikim by the end of the 7-day trial period. As long as it's shipped within 3 days of receiving the return shipping label, you will receive a full refund once received. Please note that a restocking fee of 25% and the cost of repair will be deducted from your refund if damages are found.

7. Inspection: Upon return, your product will be inspected to ensure it's in the same condition as when you received it. If no damages are found, your full refund will be processed.

Please note that the product cannot be kept longer than the initial 7-day trial period.
